The young people who are consistently underserved or completely overlooked by a completely overwhelmed school system. Whether through direct services or training, the end goal is to provide specialized support to a highly misunderstood population, particularly those from marginalized communities: those on the autism spectrum, those struggling with ADHD and those labeled as unmanageable due to emotional and/or behavioral problems.
How?
1. 1:1, group and workshop service delivery models, that include real time opportunities for practice, reflection and adjustment
2. Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, arts integrated practices
3. Utilizing our understanding of the larger context in which those we serve, especially Black students and communities are provided or denied services and seen by the larger community.
